SPOKANE, WA - Today, the Spokane Good Government Alliance released its first ad this election year, focusing on Mayor Nadine Woodward’s outstanding record of accomplishments in her first term as Spokane’s chief executive.

“Spokane residents want a Mayor who can deliver on homelessness, housing, and public safety,” said John Estey, Executive Director of the Spokane Good Government Alliance. “From adding 500 more beds to the region's homeless shelter system, to adding a new police precinct to protect our families and neighborhoods, Mayor Woodward has continued to deliver for us and has been a strong leader we can trust”.

“This November, the voters of Spokane have two very different paths to choose from. We can re-elect a strong and effective leader in Mayor Woodward or we can elect Lisa Brown, who has an abysmal record on the very issues Spokane citizens are most concerned about:  homelessness, housing, and public safety,” Estey continued. “Lisa Brown has been tough on taxpayers and soft on crime her entire career. We know that once voters learn about Lisa and her record, they will send Mayor Woodward back to City Hall.”
