As a former small business owner, Kim knows the vital tole that public safety plays in a vibrant community. That’s why she supports creating positive relationships between law enforcement and neighbors through community policing.

Kim has supported and served on the board of countless nonprofits in our community. She is focused on building community partnerships to enhance mental health services, addiction treatment, job training, and bridge housing.
Michael Cathcart for Council District 1
Making justice a priority:
As a devoted father and husband, Michael wants to keep our families safe. That’s why he supports community policing to stop crime where it is happening - neighborhoods, alleyways, and downtown.
Michael will work to guarantee property crimes are properly investigated.
Fighting the housing crisis:
Because of his tireless effort to make Spokane a better place, Michael supports policies that improve housing affordability.
Michael is committed to pursuing good policy solutions, so he will ensure programs that help combat homelessness are held accountable.
Katey Treloar for Council District 2
Leading a safe city:
As a mom, teacher, and a small business owner, Katey is running to bring an independent voice to Spokane City Council and will fight to keep our neighborhoods, parks, and city safe.
Katey is a staunch supporter of law enforcement and will make sure they have the tools to keep our families safe.
Supporting vulnerable populations:
Solutions for her community have always been a passion for Katey. When she learned that children were going hungry, she helped establish a nonprofit devoted to feeding kids when they are not in school. She will take that same compassionate, proactive approach toward Spokane’s rise in homelessness.
Katey is committed to putting the needs of the most vulnerable first, so she is focused on creating support for additional mental health and addiction resources.
Earl Moore for Council District 3
Combating crime:
Earl knows that encouraging a positive relationship between law enforcement and the public enhances public safety. That’s why she supports strengthening community policing initiatives.
A devoted mother, grandmother, and wife, Earl will keep our families safe with a well-supported police department.
Earl helped lead the fight against City Council’s recent attacks on the SPD and the Police Chief by gathering thousands of signatures and staging a rally in support of our hardworking police men and woman.
Creating a livable Spokane:
Earl supports policies that provide common sense solutions to Spokane’s rise in homelessness because she believes that access to housing is fundamental for families of Spokane to reach their full potential.
To address the homelessness crisis, Earl knows that Spokane needs to focus on accountability as well as mental health an addiction services.
